At Velo Hair Vault, we are committed to providing premium quality wigs and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The wig must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The lace must not be cut or altered
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered
  • Wigs with cut lace or any signs of use
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
